Replacement Water Filters (4-Pack)

Designed specifically for the Duke and Dot Stainless Steel Automatic Fountain. Replace every 1–2 weeks depending on how many pets use the fountain — we publish the number, and there's no subscription unless you want one.

Triple-layer filtration
Each filter works in three stages: a non-woven fabric outer layer traps hair and debris before it reaches the pump; an ion-exchange resin layer softens hard water; and an activated carbon core removes chlorine, odors, and impurities. The result is cleaner-tasting water that encourages pets to drink more.

Before first use
Soak the filter in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds. Some loose carbon pellets may appear during handling — this is normal. Discard them after rinsing before installing.
