The Dog Corner and The Cat Corner are personalized products made specifically for you and your pet. Because of this, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Changes or cancellations
If you need to change a name, color, or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because we begin preparing personalized orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Items personalized exactly according to the information submitted with the order are not considered defective because of a spelling or personalization error entered by the customer.
